I live with severe anxiety and found the prospect of bringing a claim against my employer terrifying. However, Tess’s supportive and highly competent approach meant that I felt safe and free from the stress that would otherwise have made the process impossible for me.
As well as taking the time to explain each step and the relevant legislation in simple terms, empowering me to make decisions based on an understanding of the chances of success and the risks, Tess treated me with warmth, compassion and kindness from start to finish.
didlaw’s fees are fair and reasonable and no where near as expensive as I’d feared. Although the compensation I won would not usually be considered a ‘life changing’ amount, it has changed my life as it has enabled me to feel heard, find closure and to be able to finally move on with the rest of my life. Thank you so much Tess!

Tess gave me all the information and support I needed to make the decisions I needed to make, and supported me once I’d made those decisions…Very reassuring to have somebody that took all the stress away from the equation with their professional understanding of the situation…Tess got me the result I wanted with the minimum of stress.
