We’re a Claimant focused firm but Respondent-only experience should not deter you if you have solid negotiation skills with Employment Tribunal experience and have previously run your own cases. We provide excellent training to enable you to #bemoredidlaw.  We work collaboratively with humour and team spirit.  Passion is a must.  

Essentials:

• outstanding oral and written negotiation skills
• solid discrimination litigation experience running ET cases
• a passion for the underdog, a sense of injustice, wanting to challenge the world’s biggest companies
• a willingness to invest emotionally in clients and their outcomes
• excellent case management and administrative skills

• can manage your own caseload and deliver advice to a very high standard
• can confidently advocate for your clients 
• are looking for intellectually demanding and meaningful work
• are seeking a position that will build your future profile in the market
• can deliver legal advice with a human touch
