Zoe Harrington
Business Team Administrator
Zoe graduated from the University of Leeds in 2025 with a first-class degree in Business Management and Human Resources. Zoe developed an interest in employment law while on placement as a HR Support intern at IBM, where she worked closely with the in-house legal team, and focused her dissertation on employee experiences within knowledge-intensive business firms.
After graduating, Zoe joined a medium-sized law firm based in the East Midlands as a New Business Assistant and quickly joined the employment team. There she gained experience drafting contracts, writing articles, and supporting on settlement agreements. Zoe plans to start the SQE to qualify as a solicitor in 2027.
In her spare time, Zoe loves to read, cook with friends, go for long walks, and spend time with her family and her dog Elton.
