It’s Feedback Friday at didlaw as we celebrate Back to School!

4 September 2026

It’s been a long, hot summer and many parents will breathe a sigh of relief that life is about to return to normal routine. It’s no walk in the park for working parents to manage a huge chunk of school time out in the summer and much as we provide flexibility for our didlaw parents there is still a job to be done and clients to assist. The work never stops. What also never stops is the incredible feedback we receive for a job well done from our clients.

We’re proud of the responsive, attentive, bespoke service we give to our clients. We’re proud of the moral and pastoral support we provide at a stressful time in our client’s lives. Legal excellence is important – vital in fact – but didlaw is about so much more. We’ve simplified as far as possible our client onboarding process to reflect the fact that many of our clients lead lives that are just too busy to spend hours and hours on opening a file. Added to this that many of our clients are also off sick and suffering from illness, often mental ill health, we aim to make every engagement with our firm seamless.

So: here goes for the latest round of delightful comments on the work we do achieving excellent outcomes with an added dimension – the human touch.

Thank you for the reply and the detailed information – literally every interaction with you guys has been so smooth!

The perfect combination of technical advice with humanity, the latter of which is very important in employment law disputes.

We came to your firm because your website said you would take the stress away from the client and you really did that. I am very grateful for this, your care, your regular updates throughout.

I appreciated the clear and prompt communication.

You read the company accurately from the outset; you told me plainly when something was not achievable rather than letting me hope, and you landed the outcome exactly where you said you would. You were also patient with me through a great many questions, and it has truly been appreciated during what has been a very stressful and upsetting time.

I had a very positive experience with didlaw.

I really appreciate all your help and advice throughout this matter. It has been a very difficult and stressful period for me, but your guidance was clear, practical and reassuring, and I am grateful for the way you handled the matter.

Clear and concise legal advice and the weighing up of costs vs benefits of potential outcomes in an efficient manner.

This whole situation revealed how powerless people like me are in this situation, how little the law and the current justice system can do protect people like me. So to have someone in my corner while I’m trying to deal with everything else means more than I can put in words.

#micdrop!
