Yavnik started his career in employment law at Leigh Day, joining the employment team there as a paralegal in 2017. Yavnik then joined the employment team at Bindmans LLP in 2018, where he completed his training and qualified as a solicitor in 2022.

Yavnik has provided a broad range of assistance to workers and employees who have suffered mistreatment at work and have needed help asserting their rights or getting compensation for their mistreatment. Yavnik has particular expertise in assisting workers who have suffered discrimination at work.

Outside of work Yavnik enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and listening to music.
