Elizabeth represented a client who had been entrenched in litigation with her former employer since 2015. Elizabeth was instructed in the latter stages to address inefficiencies and errors made by the Employment Tribunal (where a reconsideration application had taken 22 months to be considered) and to appeal elements of the Employment Tribunal judgment to the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
The client was successful in elements of her appeal which was widely reported in the legal press Baldwin v Cleves School. With the support of Elizabeth the client has been able to bring a decade of litigation to an end which will hopefully enable her to rebuild her life.
