You can’t beat client feedback and you cannot beat didlaw client feedback

7 August 2026

Fresh from another week of working for our clients I bring you the latest comments we’ve received about our service. We are really proud of the positive difference we make to our clients’ (working) lives. We enjoy our work and put heart and soul into it. And it shows.

My personal favourite: “You’ve made me laugh”. That I can make someone laugh during a very stressful time when they are dealing with serious life & health challenges is everything. My life motto is keep laughing. When the laughing stops it’s serious.

A new client remarked to me:” I have complete faith and trust in you already and feel so much calmer knowing that I have you on my case”. We work hard to build relationships with our clients and to demonstrate that we do this work for the right reasons.

A client I onboarded ended our call with: “I’d like to go ahead with you. You have been able to resonate and understand. Plus, your experience is directly relevant. Thank you for your time and your reassurance.”

On Elizabeth McGlone, a client who is leaving us now that our work is done commented: “I genuinely appreciate everything you’ve done over these past few months — your honesty throughout has made a difficult process much easier to navigate.” Honesty is one of the pillars of how we work. It’s not easy to tell a client that their case might not be strong or worth as much as they might like but honesty is the only way. If we can’t do it we don’t want to take your fees.

On Elizabeth: “I know how much work has gone into this and I don’t take it for granted. I feel incredibly lucky. This whole situation also revealed how powerless people like me are in this situation, how little the law and the current justice system can do protect people like me. So, to have someone in my corner while I’m trying to deal with everything else means more than I can put in words.” We give a voice to the powerless and try to redress the power balance.

On Yavnik Ganguly: “Clear and concise legal advice and the weighing up of costs vs benefits of potential outcomes in an efficient manner.” Clear, plain English advice with an honest assessment of what is possible are at the core of our service.

Alson on Yavnik: “I appreciate all your help throughout and the positive outcome.  Your expertise in this area has made what could have been a prolonged stressful period, relatively short.” Our aim is to resolve matters swiftly. To make efficient use of your money and not add further stress to your situation.

On Manuela de Castro:” Really appreciated the call from Manuela where she gave us excellent advice on how to proceed with the case and keeping in budget. I found working with didlaw a really great experience, from the initial conversation with Ellie then to working with Manuela, everything was made easy to understand with excellent advice and quick resolution.” Responsiveness and proactivity are core values.

On Beatrice Young: “I really appreciate all your help and advice throughout this matter. It has been a very difficult and stressful period for me, but your guidance was clear, practical and reassuring, and I am grateful for the way you handled the matter. Thank you again for your support and professionalism.” We understand that the process is stressful, that a lot is at stake. We aim to support and to guide you through with honesty, patience and clear advice on what is possible.
