Elizabeth acted for a care worker who had been subjected to an horrific ordeal at the hands of an agency worker. Her drink had been spiked during a shift and she was raped. Elizabeth supported the client through the stressful and emotionally draining tribunal process where she was subjected to having to re-live the ordeal over and over again.
Elizabeth managed to settle the claims for a substantial sum of money which enabled the client to pay for much needed counselling and re-build her relationships with family and friends.
