Feedback Friday comes around again…

30 October 2026

Every week we capture feedback from our clients. This comes to us in a variety of ways. Emails, comments on phone calls, formal surveys that we issue when we have finished assisting. Even feedback from opponents thanking us for achieving resolution and being constructive where possible. Getting a referral from a recent opponent is the icing on the cake. We fight hard for our clients to achieve the best possible outcomes but it does not mean you have to be unpleasant while fighting your client’s corner.

This week I had the loveliest feedback from a client I helped ten years ago telling me that life is much better despite serious ongoing health challenges and thanking me for my part in making a better future possible. This kind of feedback is so humbling. To know that after a very long time you are still viewed in such a positive light feels incredible. It’s why we do this work and it speaks to the outcomes we deliver but also to the way we make our clients feel.

Many traditional law firms view clients as transactions. The focus is on the file or on the deal. What about the person whose life and career are in turmoil?

Our 5-star replies to our client surveys say everything about the quality of the outcomes we deliver, our expertise in employment discrimination and resolving disputes, and the exceptional standard of our client care. We deliver legal advice in a human way with a focus on minimising the stress and distress of the situation.

The care begins with our onboarding team led by Kim who also collates the client feedback and shares it internally with the team. You can read some of our recent client comments below.

I really appreciated how empathetic and compassionate Beatrice was throughout the process. And Kim provided great support from beginning to end.

I’m glad I got in touch with Didlaw to help me navigate an incredibly stressful work situation and negotiate an exit. The team handled things swiftly and delicately and kept me updated on developments. Beatrice in particular provided wonderful support — I really appreciated her empathy and compassion.

Very timely, personable and professional approach from start to finish.

I felt Karen understood my perspective and also the circumstances surrounding my illness very well. I felt very well supported throughout despite it being a stressful experience and she helped to minimise that aspect significantly. I was well supported and informed along the way.

Please also pass on my thanks to Yavnik and the wider team. I really appreciate all the support throughout.

Thank you so much for all your help with this, particularly to Beatrice who did a great job on my behalf.

Thank you so much. I’ve much appreciated everyone at didlaw’s help. This process has been one I want to forget, but not for anything you’ve done. My wife has many times said contacting you was the best decision I made in this process.

We’re proud of our consistently lovely feedback from happy clients and look forward to many more years assisting many more clients.
