Our client feedback tells you everything you need to know about your lawyer!

27 February 2026

At Didlaw, we routinely share feedback that we receive from our clients within the team internally. This is because we’re proud of it and want to celebrate the difference that we make, and because we are one big team, all working toward the same aim.

For everyone working at didlaw the work we do is so much more than a job. It’s a mission: a mission to improve life for people who have suffered due to workplace discrimination and whose entire lives (and often their health) have been negatively impacted. We understand how stressful it can be.

This job can be the best of times and the worst of times. The worst because you see really poor treatment and wonder how people can be so nasty. The best is when you find a solution and deliver relief to the client; it’s deeply rewarding. Seeing someone who, through no fault of their own, is stuck in a tricky situation, be able to move forward positively, is the best feeling in the world.

To kick off our first Feedback Friday on the blog, here is a selection of recent client feedback. These are all genuine testimonials from satisfied clients. The feedback speaks for itself. When you engage Didlaw for help, you can be sure that you are in safe hands: we put the humanity back into legal services and will always deliver an honest assessment of what we can do for you. We will fight hard for you, but we will also take care of you and your stress while we do. It’s what we do!

About Beatrice Young, Solicitor:

Your professionalism, clarity, and calm guidance made an incredibly stressful process far more manageable. What stood out most was not only your technical expertise, but also your kindness and understanding of how emotionally demanding this experience can be for a client. That combination of skill and empathy is rare, and it made a significant difference.

About Manuela de Castro, Senior Solicitor:

You brought a warmth and sympathy…  With regards to both my disability and mistreatment, I felt instantly understood … this has been invaluable. Thank you for leading our case in a professional, compelling, and straightforward way.

About Yavnik Ganguly, Senior Solicitor:

I most appreciated the honesty and patience, very much underestimated attributes in the current world. Yavnik was exceptional. He is an incredibly talented solicitor. The speed at which he grasps complexity is impressive, and he is great at building trust.

About Anita Vadgama, Partner, Head of Litigation:

I have worked with Anita before, and I appreciate her support and care alongside legal advice. It’s a pleasure to work with her. An excellent service and will be happy to recommend.

About Elizabeth McGlone, Managing Partner, Head of Dispute Resolution:

The ability to give clear and pragmatic advice by Elizabeth McGlone was exceptional and really well appreciated. Everything was exceptionally well prepared and delivered. Nothing could have been done better. Elizabeth McGlone is a superstar lawyer, and anyone lucky enough to use her services, when in a tough spot and needing legal assistance, will find the experience extremely beneficial.
