Ben Lindsay


Ben has extensive experience in Employment law, consolidated during his practice of more than 10 years.

His practice covers discrimination law, whistleblowing cases, and issues of health and safety at work. He is a keen advocate for fairness at work.

Ben has acted for both employees and employers during his career. He uses this experience when considering legal issues and provides well-rounded strategic advice to his clients.

He started his career at a niche dispute resolution practice. He then worked in the employment teams of some regional law firms, where he broadened his experience.

Ben commits to his clients. In the 2024 publication of the Legal 500, a client recognised him for this, stating:
